Being able to express our idea of life through our work is something that led us to create Osperi. We believe that there is virtue and all manner of good in living sustainably and contributing to the society whenever and however one can. This philosophy is ingrained in everything we do at Osperi. Right from sourcing of our ingredients to the packaging every aspect is monitored and carefully driven. about us osperi


Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.

All ingredients sourced at Osperi adhere to the strictest of standards that we proudly maintain to ensure that every one of our products is exactly what we promise to our customers. All our products are handcrafted and trace their origins to traditional Ayurveda. A great many of our ingredients are sourced from USDA Organic, WHO GMP and HACCP certified organisations. We even grow some of our ingredients in our own small farm not just to ensure that they are as fresh as possible but to continue to bolster our own learning in the process.


Success has a simple formula: do your best, and people may like it.

Product Formulation at Osperi has a lot of prestige attached to it. Not just because we take a lot of pride in developing our products, but because internally the team has to undergo a rigorous 6 months of training just to become eligible for selection to the highly coveted job of a formulator. Only a few are selected based on a composite set of performance and skill metrics. Our focus has always been to focus on training and employing the urban poor which is one of the ways in which Osperi focuses on giving back to the society.


Nature always wears the colors of the spirit.

Osperi has been created with the vision of helping people best leverage what mother nature has to offer. We identify ourselves as a "Premium Handcrafted Naturals Brand", judiciously bringing together centuries' worth of Ayurvedic knowledge and traditions with our modern knowhow to create the most efficacious products. We follow the Ayurvedic Bhaishajyas in almost all our formulations. Moreover, all our ingredients are natural and come sans any preservatives (more on that presently).


It's the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.

Research and iterations to continuously improve our offerings forms an integral part of our way of working at Osperi. In addition to having to undergo a 6 month training, our formulators are also expected to develop expertise in individual aspects of skincare. They are then to take ownership of their domain and further the research therein towards continuous product improvement.

Made-To- Order

Sans Preservatives Always

Our products are made without preservatives, hence we have a trade-off in terms of their shelf life. So we always make them fresh, as close as possible to the shipping date. We envisioned a cosmetics brand which will never add any preservatives in its products and that is exactly what we are driven towards achieving. Our Made-To- Order capability also helps us in tailoring our products to individual consumer needs on request.


Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people.

It's all about the people. We have a flat organisational design, and provide a pleasurable yet challenging environment with employee focused policies. Our employees are our team and together we work really hard. Our endeavour is to grow continuously and we measure growth on the scale of happiness. We ensure that all of us find time to enjoy and do things which we like outside of work. We take out time to play games, run marathons, learn new languages, computer applications, travel and so much more. We party a lot too. It is fun to work at Osperi.


We only have what we give.

We firmly believe that we as an organisation exist to make a positive contribution to our ecosystem. This is not just restricted to making super awesome cosmetic products, wherever possible we try and incorporate processes in our business model so as give back to the society in a sustainable way. To that end, our packaging is completely handled by Diya Foundation, which trains and employs differently abled individuals. Further, our workforce is composed primarily of the urban poor who have been provided extensive training and then on-boarded so as to ensure utmost product quality at the same time. We remain open to suggestions on ways we can further this objective.
